Terms & Conditions:

Tuition: Tuition for each student is $1295 paid in advance of the class. Tuition includes class sessions, all course materials, breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks.

Tuition Payment: Registrations not paid by credit card at time of registration will be invoiced with payment due within 10 days.

Early Registration Discount: All individual registrations received prior to April 30, 2012 will be billed at $1095 rather than $1295.

Group Discount: If you have three or more students attending the same session, tuition is $995 per student. All registrations must be made at the same time to qualify for the group discount. The $200 Early Registration Discount does not apply to group registrations.

Substitutions: Student substitutions are allowed at any time prior to the beginning of the class.

Cancellations: If paying by check, you may cancel your registration without penalty up to 10 days prior to the beginning of class.  If paying by credit card, cancellations made up to 10 days before class will be refunded less a 6% processing fee. Cancellations made within 9 days of the class start date will still require payment, however, funds can be attributed to another BenchmarkQA training course or service within one year. BenchmarkQA reserves the right to cancel the class for any reason, with liability limited to the paid registration fee only.
